1. The Thumb-Release Tripod uses the same thumb action release and lock mechanism as the popular Thumb-Release Bipod.   2. 1-to-1.5 inch (25.4-to-38.1 mm) outside diameter poles thread easily through the open clamp on top.                            
3. The legs (independently) extend to 6 ft (1.8 m) and collapse to 43 in (109 cm).
